Andrew started in the tech industry only in 2014, but since then has rapidly grown into a prodigy Data Analyst, and is now the lead Data and AI Operator at Lightsphere AI Inc. He monitors and calibrates several different AI systems for Lightsphere AI, including those for its customers such as MetaBrite and Freedom. These AI systems include calibrations for advanced AI systems that monitor and manage 1000s of humans and other AI processes.
Starting as a self-employed commercial photographer and a service industry worker earlier brought a certain amount of tenacity and persistence to Andrew’s character that has served him well in this new role. Andrew is also one of the key developers behind the Pipeline Monitoring System (PMS) used for automatically monitoring and alerting a large class of operational AI systems currently deployed by Lightsphere AI.
Andrew is now also involved in training several new Data and AI Operations trainees; including those that are our customer’s data operations employees, and also new ops interns and employees within Lightsphere AI.
