Neil Chowdhury

Neil ChowdhuryNeil is a sixth grade student at the Odle Middle School in Bellevue. He also attends Interlake High School, taking Gifted IB Pre-calculus. He has been awarded a Certificate of Distinction from the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) and was invited to take the American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME). He is in the Silver Level at the USA Computing Olympiad (USACO). He is a three-time state chess champion and member of the 1st-place-winning team in the Junior Future Problem Solving Program International competition on Intellectual Property. Additionally, he won the FIRST LEGO League Robotics Global Innovation semifinalist award for inventing a robotic stylus that interacts with an app, to help sufferers of agraphia and other writing disabilities learn to write again. Neil is skilled in Python, MATLAB, and web design.
